Mr. Carangelo has over sixteen years of local, national, and international real estate experience. He is knowledgeable in the areas of structuring commercial leases, development, and project management. Prior to founding Equitable Real Estate Solutions, Mr. Carangelo was an Assistant Vice President at Grubb & Ellis and a Principal at The Codman Company. His first venture took him to Costa Rica for six years where he developed resort real estate on the Pacific Coast.

Mark is a weekend ski instructor at Loon Mountain in Lincoln, New Hampshire. He speaks Spanish and German fluently. He lives in Winthrop with his two children.
